BYOT! Bring your own tent or RV. Or pick a Platinum Weekend Package and get one from us! Two full Days of camping, add in hemp education & celebration makes for a memorable experience. Oh yeah, ample restrooms onsite and food vendors.
There’s so much happening at Tents 'n Tokes and we just can’t wait to get the party going. Our team has been busy planning and preparing for you, and we’re so excited for all the events, booths, talks and so much more we’ve got lined up.
Arrival & Departure
The event will be held Friday, April 16th - Sunday, April 18th, 2021. Vendors will load in first, then campers will setup and doors will open on Friday at noon. Move-out begins at dawn on Sunday morning.
Food & Drink
Sponsors will provide food onsite! Alcohol and coolers are not allowed. Food vendors and trucks will be available too.
What is Tents 'n Tokes?
Fun is in our DNA; we live to create memorable experiences. This festival is our world; we put our blood, sweat, and tears into making it uniquely our own. This is where our hemp industry connects; guests come together for an experience unlike anything else. Now is the time to get in on the action and see for yourself what everyone is talking about. Learn what is at stake, what the state is doing and how you can fit in it all.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
Camping tickets are for 2 Full Days of staying onsite; Friday & Saturday with Sunday departure. Attendees can BYOT bring their own tent or rv. Or you can select the Platinum Weekend Package and we will have your accommodations ready pre-arrival! Fancy, huh?!
Attendees MUST purchase both an admission ticket and a camping pass (if camping, of course). Or again, check the glamorous Platinum Weekend Package for all inclusive perks! Parking is FREE! All cars must be parked in the designated lot. RVs will also have a specific area for parking. No cars will be allowed where tents will be pitched.
Do we have to already be in the cannabis community?
No. Well, not really. This event is designed for those for legalization! Ideally if you are already established, or plan to be, this event is designed to provide education and networking for your team or staff. Additionally, it's our hemp twist on 420, so we plan to also make it fun and unforgettable!
What is the cancellation policy?
For us? Or for you?
For us, we will keep the site updated constantly with any and all changes. Whether it is port=a=johns or a blizzard tornado insisting on doom, we will be transparent and let you know all plans. In the event of an issue, we will postpone the festival and purchases will be credited for the new date or our next annual show.
For you, purchases are final. You may transfer your ticket to another attendee. Simply contact us and request a ticket transfer. Please contact us as requests will be made on a case by case basis.
How many speakers, vendors & entertainers will there be?
We are planning for as many as 12 acres and 10,000 sq ft of warehouse space will hold! Keep checking in and watch for schedules to be posted. Submit a Vendor Application or Sponsor Application to get your company involved. We are eagerly accepting information for performers! Country & Folk, hip-hop, guitarist, lyricsts, college bands, garage band, and & all are welcome. Entertainment acts are non-paid. You will need to bring your own equipment.
